We have developed a platform independent Java package of
tools to simultaneously visualize and analyze a whole set
of gene expression experiments. After reading the data
from flat files several graphical representations of
hybridizations can be generated, showing a matrix of
experiments and genes, where multiple experiments and
genes can be easily compared with each other. Fluorescence
ratios can be normalized in several ways to gain a best
possible representation of the data for further
statistical analysis. We have implemented hierarchical and
non hierarchical algorithms to identify similar expressed
genes and expression pattes, including: 1 hierarchical
clustering, 2 k means, 3 self organizing maps, 4
principal component analysis, and 5 support vector
machines. More than 10 different kinds of similarity
distance measurements have been implemented, ranging from
simple Pearson correlation to more sophisticated
approaches like mutual information. Moreover, it is
possible to map gene expression data onto chromosomal
sequences. The flexibility, variety of analysis tools and
data visualizations, as well as the free availability to
the research community makes this software suite a
valuable tool in future functional genomic studies.

We have developed a platform independent Java package of
tools to simultaneously visualize and analyze a whole set
of gene expression experiments. After reading the data
from flat files several graphical representations of
hybridizations can be generated, showing a matrix of
experiments and genes, where multiple experiments and
genes can be easily compared with each other. Fluorescence
ratios can be normalized in several ways to gain a best
possible representation of the data for further
statistical analysis. We have implemented hierarchical and
non hierarchical algorithms to identify similar expressed
genes and expression pattes, including: 1 hierarchical
clustering, 2 k means, 3 self organizing maps, 4
principal component analysis, and 5 support vector
machines. More than 10 different kinds of similarity
distance measurements have been implemented, ranging from
simple Pearson correlation to more sophisticated
approaches like mutual information. Moreover, it is
possible to map gene expression data onto chromosomal
sequences. The flexibility, variety of analysis tools and
data visualizations, as well as the free availability to
the research community makes this software suite a
valuable tool in future functional genomic studies.

Redoptor is a high quality Vintage Tube Distortion
emulator.
The popularity of tube distortion units are as a
result of their superiority over the solid state fuzz
distortions which are based on transistor clipper
circuits.
Tubes produce even and odd harmonics and naturally
compress the signal. Transistors produce only odd
harmonics and limit the sound.
In ordinary fuzz, when a signal goes over the
threshold level it goes through the clipper circuit.
As the signal volume falls back below the threshold
as the sound reaches its release stage, the
harmonics added by clipping suddenly disappear. If
the volume of a signal oscillates above and below the
threshold, the clipping harmonics will appear and
disappear with the signal level. This sounds
unnatural and is unpleasant to listen to.
This does not happen in Redoptor. As the sound source
falls in volume in its release phase, the harmonics
which were created by the sound being initially
above the clipper threshold, gently disappear with
the original sound. This creates a very sonically
pleasing distortion.
Exact circuit emulation
Redoptor has an adjustable tube bias parameter. This
allows subtle amplification of even harmonics and

Battle Rage
BATTLE RAGE is a third person shooter developed by
Destan Entertainment and produced by Teyon.
It consists elements of the beat.em up game that allows
a player to control giant robots. Battles between the robots
take place on carefully selected battlegrounds so called .arenas.
and they are short, quick, brutal skirmishes. The player can fight
alone versus one, two or even three opponents or in the team with
one sidekick. Every machine has it.s own weapons for melee and
distance combat, additional weapon types can be collected on the
arena. The player can modify robot.s parameters in the single player

the Silver Globe bruised with craters, or for many years intriguing,
.human face. . Cydonia. The govements were competing with propaganda,
promising the volunteers piles of gold and the glory of conquerors.
Those who believed them, mostly found tough, dangerous life and
uncertain fate. However, they wouldn.t back off.
The Colonization Era has come.

When you want to penetrate the mysteries of Cosmos you need more then
just sheer determination. Quickly it tued out how much we are
dependant on machines that we create. So we built more each bigger
and more advanced than the previous. We designed metal giants in our
own image . Shells. We considered them the finest tools in the history
of craftsmanship.
The Golden Age of humanity was to last forever.
The Fall
Delighted with our creation, we disregarded teachings of history. After
what happened, many theories that would allow to prevent tragic events
emerged. If we were that creative before, we might have saved thousands
innocent lives. We died instead, like the passengers of .Titanic., driven
by our vanity. Ironically, our greatest and most promising undertaking .

So begun the end of Colonization Era.

and resignation overcame us. It was when the Corporation emerged,
finding a niche on the entertainment market. Who would have thought
that few, cheaply bought wrecks of Shells and the ruins of an old
factory, would start a madness not weaker than that from a couple of
years back. Several convicts were offered freedom and money if they
were to fight and win in front of the TV cameras. Quickly they have
become the true heroes of our bored society.

Syncfusion.s solid set of Windows Forms controls has long
been the standard for professional Windows components. This
release adds a broad set of features and enhancements. This
version also contains several fixes for all products in the
Studio. The documentation has also been improved.
Essential Chart control now provides support to disable the
Drag functionality in Chart. Using Drag Behavior style,
users can now disable the Drag functionality of Legends,
Titles and Toolbars. It also supports the allowing or
restricting of the movement of controls n horizontal or
vertical directions.
New Vista based Navigation View control will be available
with this release of Essential Studio. Navigation View
control uses Breadcrumbs technique to keep track of
locations and folders. This control includes features such
as Drop down Selection, Image Support, Drop down History and
History buttons which support creating a navigation bar as
seen in Windows Vista. With this control, users can
implement vista styled navigation in windows forms
applications.

Orion is a complete virtual studio software,
including a powerful patte based sequencer, many
synthesizers and effects, a mixing desk with sub
busses, and multitrack audio recording.
All common interfaces, VST, DirectX and ReWire are
fully supported

dual stereo effect container, which splits the
left/right half of a signal into two separate stereo
effect chains, allowing to build complex stereo
effects such as 4 channel convolution based reverb

Orion detects and uses SSE3 Streaming SIMD
extensions if a processor supports it.
12 presets added for the new WASP 5.
Dialogs have the new Vista look now.
Songs and Presets are now stored in the documents
folder.
Launching Orion under Vista32 gave an error message
for some users, fixed.
Tremolo effect added under FX/Dynamics. The effect
supports hard, soft and vintage tremolo and can be
synced to the current song tempo. The left and right
channel can be optionally de phased to provide a
stereo effect.
The piano roll now optionally display pattes from
other instruments.
New Tutorial Song added, demonstrating how to use the
StereoFX control.
SSE2/SSE3 information is now displayed in the About
box.
Keyboard shortcuts are displayed in the piano roll
settings dialog.
