RG is a brand new groove plug in that is far more than just a "virtual
Rhythm Guitar player .
By using the RG onboard sequencer it is possible to create classic Rhythm
Guitar grooves, but beyond that you can use the synthesizer features and
effects to make fresh new edgy guitar grooves. To play the grooves RG is
using a keyboard layout of "major chords" and "minor chords", each with two
sequence pattes A or B option.
It is only a matter of hitting a single note in the major keyboard range or
minor keyboard range and the groove plays. The sound sets are clean sampled
guitars, which gives you great freedom and flexibility when using the
synthesizer features and effects of RG.

Metal Amp Room does aggressive with sophistication
Metal Amp Room was designed to bring you the most brutal, aggressive
sound thats possible to squeeze out of your DAW. It was co developed
with Patrik Jensen The Haunted and tailored to his needs.
The continuous mic placement includes twin mics with adjustable stereo
panning. Get a huge stereo sound with complex adjustable phasing effects,
a plain old one mic right against the cone, or anything in between.
The cabinets were measured in the In Flames studio previously known as
Studio Fredman by Tue Madsen and Patrik Jensen.
Bass Amp Room nails the low end, without the way too tweaky fuss
Bass Amp Room loads you up with one classic bass amplifier head . a 1970s
favorite originally designed as a guitar amp... but quickly snatched up
by bassists for its versatile tonal nirvana. Since youve got your amp
head selected, youve got your choice of three speaker cabinets.
For those industry standard fat bass tones . plenty of low end, plenty
of definition . run your sound through "The Classic." Its a trusty 8x10".
Looking to take your sound in a more "rock" direction... focused, and hard?
Youre going to want to use Bass Amp Rooms "The Rocker," a 4x12".
If youre wanting to get really twisted on conventions, we highly recommend
"The Odd Bird." Its an open back 1x12" . no, not the usual bass player
choice, but its got awesome tone for the studio. Whatever you choose, you
can easily drag and drop the microphone around the cabinet until you find

Passive Equalizer is a three band EQ with an unprecedented clear and open
sound, a warm low end and sparkling top.
Active Equalizer is Passives counterpart with three fully parametric bands
and a tight and focused sound.
Focusing Equalizer is an untraditional take on the EQ concept where the
low, mid and high bands move automatically and musically in relation to the
high and low cut filters. It also features filters from the Passive and
Active EQs as well as an outstanding one knob Saturation control.
At first glance it may seem like youre sacrificing versatility by using an
equalizer with a limited set of options why use a three band equalizer
when you can use your digital equalizer with umpteen bands, continous gain,
selectable Q and different curves all built in? Well, equalization is all
about sound design. Having an equalizer where the designer has already made

The A Range plug in from Softube is the first and only native and TDM plug in
that has been fully endorsed by original designer Malcolm Toft and Trident
Audio.
The plug in is a model of a channel on one of the original 13 Trident A Range
consoles. We chose to model channel 15 from the console at Sweet Silence Studio
.B. in Denmark, producer Flemming Rasmussen.s favorite channel for recording
lead vocals. Flemming also used it for the solo and rhythm guitars on Metallica.s
.Ride The Lightning. and .Master of Puppets., and Ritchie Blackmore.s guitar on
the Rainbow albums .Difficult to Cure. and .Bent out of Shape..
The A Range channel features four bands of equalization and high and low pass
filters. The sound of the bands is often referred to as .colorful. and .musical..
When running a hot enough signal through the original unit and boosting the bands,
it is possible to get it to distort, the result is a hairy and effective saturation
that is just right in some situations, and just wrong in others!
