SmartLibrary is an auxillary application to Pro/ENGINEER. It offers compfortable and
easy to use functions to assemble and administrate library components, to assemble
complete screw and dowel pin connections and to support BOM creation.
SmartLibrary offers fast and easy functionality for creating, redefining and deleting
screw pin connections including necessary holes and threads. You configure the
connection in a graphic user interface by choosing type and size of screw, nut,
washers, pins and bore types and see the configuration in a dynamic preview. Then
SmartLibrary automatically creates all components and holes. SmartLibrary is able to
handle existing standard components for screws, nuts, washers and pins with minimal
configuration work.
SmartLibrary offers easy to use functionality to assemble library components in the
current design. The library component can be selected and configured easily by a
graphic user interface. Then the user just needs to select the assembly references,
the component references can be predefined. All necessary cuts can be created by
predefined quilts in the component. Functions for assembling, redefining and deleting
library components are available. The integration of custom standard components in the
library is done by a easy to use graphic user interface.
SmartLibrary collects all Bill of Material information of an assembly by parameters.
These information can be saved in a text file or copied to the windows clip board.
From there you can import it into any other software package.

SmartHolechart enables you to output hole information in Pro/ENGINEER models to
drawing tables or ASCII files. Unlike other holechart programms for Pro/ENGINEER
the recognition of holes in SmartHolechart is not based on recognition of feature
types or UDFs but on a geometry based feature recognition.
You can define your own bore types with the basic elements cylinder,
cone chamfer, radius and thread.
Guided by a graphic editor you can define the table formats, the dimensions to
show and their format as well as sorting criterias for the tables.
You get a table on the drawing and notes to mark the holes in the drawing. Optional
