Note:We found a regression problem with 2D zooming shortly after
posting v08.09.03.65 that was quickly resolved in build v08.09.03.66.
Since we felt this might be a common use regression, we decided to
replace build v08.09.03.65 with v08.09.03.66. As such, we recommend
using v08.09.03.66

Just in case anyone was going to call this a MU, its not, its a repack
by Bentley.
